Participation requirements in the Affiliate Program

This page of Requirements for Participation in the Affiliate Program is part of the Operating Agreement that governs your participation in the Radionic Affiliate Program. This page describes the requirements and restrictions that apply to you as a participant in the Program. From time to time we may modify the participation requirements described on this page in accordance with Section 13 of the Operating Agreement. The following terms whose initials appear in capital letters and which are not defined on this page shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Operating Agreement.

In accordance with Section 4 of the Operating Agreement, you will comply with all the requirements and restrictions stipulated below.

1. You will make sure that your website is not inappropriate (according to the description included in Section 2 of the Operating Agreement).

2. You will not display or use in any way the trademarks or logos of the companies of our group (including any Brand of Radionic International) with the only exceptions that are expressly allowed and in accordance with the Operating Agreement.

3. You will not remove, hide or modify or make invisible to any of the “Privacy Information” links or the trademarks or logos of any of our group’s companies (including the Radionic Marks) invisible, unreadable or unreadable to your site visitors. International) that we include in a Special Link.

4. You will not participate in any promotion, marketing, advertising or other activities on our behalf or the companies of our group, or in connection with the Radionic website or the Program, which is not expressly permitted by the Operating Agreement. For example, you will not participate in any promotion, marketing initiative or other advertising activities outside the Internet, including the use of any of the trademarks or logos of our affiliates (including any Brand of Radionic International).

5. Except as otherwise agreed between you and us in a separate written agreement in connection with this Participation Requirement, you will not use any Content or Special Link, or otherwise link to the Radionic Site to or in connection with:

a. no client software application (for example, a browser plug-in, help object, toolbar, extension or component or any other application executable or installable by an end user) or any other device, including computers, mobile phones, tablets or other handheld devices that are not Authorized Mobile Applications; neither

b. to any external receiver of television signals (e.g., digital video recorders, cable or satellite set-top boxes or streaming video players, blu-ray or dvd players) or television compatible with the Internet (e.g. GoogleTV, Sony Bravia, Panasonic Viera Cast, or Vizio Internet Apps).

6. You will not add, remove or otherwise modify any Content, including the incorporation of additional information (for example, you will not be able to insert words in a client’s review), except that you can change the size of the Content that Consists of a graphic image in a way that maintains the original proportions of the image, or truncates the Content that consists of text in a way that does not substantially modify the meaning thereof or causes the facts expressed in it to be incorrect or confusing.

7. You will not sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense or transmit any Content or any application that uses, incorporates or displays any Content. For example, you will not use or permit or facilitate the use of the Content in any application, platform, site or service (including social networking sites) that requires you to grant a sublicense or other rights over any Content to any other person or entity, or create links formatted with your Affiliate label for sites other than yours, or display such links on those sites.

8. You will promptly remove your site and delete or otherwise destroy any Content that is no longer displayed on the Radionic Site or that we notify you that it is no longer available for you to use.

9. You will not use any Content, including any name or similar included in such Content, in any way that implies that a person or company endorses or sponsors or has a commercial or other association with any product, service, part or cause (including by placing materials from unrelated third parties within a short distance of the Content).

10. You will not attempt to acquire or record any Term of Ownership for use in any Search Engine, nor the acquisition, purchase or any other use of a Term Property as domain name or subdomain or included in any of them , nor the registration or use of a Property Term as identification of an Associate or “tag” or within one of them. In addition to any other right or remedy available to us, at our request you will cause any Search Engine we designate to exclude the Property Terms from the keywords used to display your advertising content associated with search results (for example, request exclusion by bidding for negative keywords), assuming that the Search Engine offers such exclusion function.

11. You will not purchase or bid on keywords, search terms or other identifiers (including Property Terms) or otherwise participate in keyword auctions on any search engine if the resulting paid advertisement constitutes a Prohibited Payment Search . You can purchase paid search ads and send links to Search Engines to appear in response to a search query or general keyword on the Internet (that is, on natural, free, organic or free search results), while comply with the Operating Agreement and those search results of payment or free send users to your website and not directly or indirectly to the Radionic Site through a Redirected Link.

12. You will not offer any person or entity any consideration or incentive (including any amount, rebate, discount, point, donation to charities or other types or other benefits) for the use of Special Links (for example, through the implementation of any “rewards” or loyalty program that encourages people or entities to visit the Radionic Site through its Special Links).

13. You will not intercept, register, redirect, read, interpret or fill in the content of any electronic form or other materials sent by any person or entity.

14. You will not request, collect, obtain, store or store in the cache memory or otherwise use any information about accounts used by our customers in relation to any Radionic Site (including any username or password of the clients of the Radionic Sites).

15. You will not modify, redirect, suppress or replace the operation of any button, link or other feature of the Radionic Site.

16. You will not place any order or participate in other transactions of any kind on the Radionic Site on behalf of any other person or entity, nor will you authorize, assist or encourage any other person or entity to do so.

17. You will not take any action that, in reasonable terms, could cause any confusion about our relationship with you or the site where a function or transaction is being performed (for example, a search, a scan or an order ).

18. You will not include on your site, display or otherwise use Special Links or Content in connection with any spyware, malware, virus, worm, Trojan or other malicious or harmful code, or any unauthorized software application. expressly and knowingly by users before being downloaded or installed on your computer or other electronic device.

19. You will not frame the Radionic Site or part of it within your site, including displaying it within an integrated web browser (eg, WebView) within a Mobile Application. 22. 23. You will not include any Special Link in any content that you place on the Radionic Site (for example, in connection with any advertising service available anywhere on the Radionic Site or in a customer review, forum, listmania list, guide or any another context generated by customers available on the Radionic Site).

24.You will not try to circumvent the Advertising Commissions List or artificially increase your advertising commissions (for example, by offering, buying or soliciting or intentionally encouraging another person or entity to buy low priced items offered on the Radionic Site (concept that we will determine) in order to exceed any advertising commission limit, or by having a page of the Radionic Site open in a Client Browser without clicking on a Special Link of your site).

25. You will not attempt to intercept or redirect (even through software installed on users’ computers) traffic from any site participating in or from the Program, or diverting advertising fees from such sites.

26. You will not artificially generate clicks or impressions on your site or create sessions on the Radionic Site, either by means of a robot or a software program or in any other way.

27. You will not show or otherwise use any of our customer reviews or star ratings, in whole or in part, on your site, unless you have obtained a link to that customer review or star rating.

28. You will not display on your site or otherwise use any Radionic Content that advertises or promotes any product that is offered on any site other than the Radionic Site (for example, products offered by other retailers). You will not display on your site or use in any other way any data, images, text or other information or content that you receive from us that is related to Excluded Products.

29. You will not buy any Product (s) through Special Links to be used by yourself or for resale or commercial use of any kind. Likewise, you will not request that your friends, family or Affiliates purchase Product (s) through Special Links to be used by yourself or for resale or commercial use of any kind. Likewise, it will not offer on its website any Product for its resale or commercial use of any kind.

30. You will not hide, hide, impersonate, or otherwise modify the URL of the site that contains Special Links (including through the use of a redirect page) so that we can not determine the site from which a customer clicks through. Special Link to the Radionic website.
