List of Commissions for Advertising of the Affiliate Program

This Addendum of Commissions for Advertising of the Affiliate Program (“Annex“) is part of our Operating Agreement that governs your participation in the Affiliate Program of Radionic International. Here, the commission rates that you can perceive as a participant in the Program are described. It also describes the limitations that apply to advertising commissions in certain Products. We may periodically modify this Annex in accordance with Section 15 of the Operating Agreement. The following terms whose initials appear in capital letters and which are not defined on this page shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Operating Agreement.

Each calendar month, you can earn advertising commissions as a result of Adscribed Purchases (see Section 7 of the Operating Agreement). Most of the advertising commissions are calculated as a percentage of the Assigned Revenues according to the tables set out below and are subject to the limitations described in the following section, “Limitations of Commission Fees for Advertising in Certain Products “. We may also offer advertising commissions in the form of special offers as described in the later section “Special offers and promotions”. “Assigned Revenue” refers to the amounts that we receive from the Clients’ Attached Purchases, not including the shipping, handling and packaging charges and service charges and subtracting any refund, processing fee by credit card, return and / or uncollectible debt.

 

Offers and special promotions

From time to time we may launch offers or special or temporary promotions by virtue of which you may receive rates for Products or categories that were previously excluded from receiving advertising fees, or you may receive higher advertising fees. of those stipulated in this Annex. We may notify you of offers or special promotions by updating this page or by means of emails, blog posts or other means.

In addition, regardless of the advertising commission fees listed on this page or any provision to the contrary included in this Operating Agreement, if we consider that you are promoting mainly free electronic books (ie electronic books whose purchase price for the client is 0 euros), YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PERCEIVE ANY COMMISSION.
