Radionics and changing habits

When we want to change negative habits, there is a starting point that is essential. The deep and complete desire to desire change on the part of the person themselves. The individual should not act simply because of what others want for him. For example, consider a negative habit like smoking. The smoker’s partner may hate tobacco and pressure the smoker to quit.

The smoker may recognize that tobacco is harmful to health. He may even admit that quitting smoking would benefit him and please his partner, but in reality he has not made the decision to quit on his own initiative nor does he have a fervent desire to become a non-smoker. Internally he may even think that others are interfering in his own life and trying to control his behavior without respecting him.

His subconscious mind is not aligned with his conscious mind regarding that important decision. It will then happen that, given the slightest difficulty, when a favorable situation arises or when the right moment presents itself, the person will give in to his physical and mental conditioning in relation to tobacco. He will return to using simply because there is no personal conviction that the change must occur, that the change is for his own benefit and that the change brings advantages so essential to his own person that it is non-negotiable.

When we use radionics to modify our own or others’ harmful habits, it is essential to act in two areas. We will continue with the example of quitting smoking. First, mental preparation: “Develop an intense desire to quit the tobacco habit from the depths of your being.” When this idea is implanted and becomes ingrained, then you can work on a physical level: “The body completely rejects tobacco and develops a deep aversion to everything related to smoking.” It is good to include the person’s name in any of the statements.

Additionally, accessory aspects can also be worked on such as “modifying the habits that lead to tobacco consumption” or “generating positive habits that replace the habit of smoking.”

This same work concept can be used for other types of behavioral habits that are harmful such as overeating or controlling excessive sugar consumption. Also to implement positive habits that lead to improvements or develop personality. Definitely, radionics can be of great help in solving problems or advancing any aspect of growth or achieving goals. Try it and you will be convinced.
