How to add Radionic International to your Inbox
Instructions for White Lists of Email
Since your ISP is likely to use a filter for spam, add info@radionic-international.com to your list of senders, contacts or address book, also known as whitelist or secure senders.
If you do not see the Radionic International email in your mailbox, it is possible that, due to the rigorous filter of the Internet Service Provider, our email is in the junk mail folder by mistake.Look for it in the spam folder or SPAM, open it and mark it as “not spam”.
Click on the link of your ISP or email provider to include Radionic International on the White List.

If you use Spam Arrest or another spam filter response system, include Radionic International on the whitelist.
ISP
AOL
To ensure that the email arrives in your AOL mailbox, you must add the email address or the corporate domain of the sender to the Address Book or the Personalized List of Senders.
Step 1: Click on the Addresses tab in the upper right corner of the mailbox window.

Step 2: Click on the New drop-down menu and select New Contact.

Step 3: Enter the email address info@radionic-international.com in the Screen Name field and click on the Save button.

AOL WebMail
If you use AOL WebMail, you can simply reply to an email from Radionic International.
Once you reply, you will receive an email from that domain directly in your Inbox.
Earthlink
If you do not receive the email in Earthlink, you can try three options.
Step 1: On the mail screen, click on the Address Book link in the toolbar on the left.

Step 2: Click Add on the address book screen.

Step 3: Enter the Email Address info@radionic-international.com and click Save.

AT&T
- Open a mail from info@radionic-international.com
- Click on “Save Address” below, next to “From Address”.
- Mark “Add to Contacts” (Agregar a Contactos) and below, click on “Save”.
Comcast
- Click on [Save Address] at the top of the message, next to “From Address”.
- In the field First Name, enter Radionic International.
- then click on Save Entry.
Clientes de Email
Yahoo! Mail
Step 1: Click onAddress (the dropdown menu) at the right top corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select Add Contact on the “adresses” menu.

Step 3: Write our adress “info@radionic-international.com” and hen click on Save Contact (Guardar Contacto).

Hotmail Live, Windows Live y MSN
In the new Hotmail you must select “Mark sender as safe” to mark hyperlinks in emails with text and images in HTML emails. Entering the email in the list of addresses or contacts no longer adds the sender to the whitelist.
To ensure that messages from specific addresses are not sent to your Junk Mail folder, you can do the following:
Step 1: Click on the Contacts tab on the mail screen.

Step 2: Click on the Safe List link in the toolbar on the left.

Step 3: Enter the Email Address info@radionic-international.com and click on the Add button.

Gmail
To make sure you receive the emails in your mailbox, you must add the address info@radionic-international.com to your contact list.
Step 1: Click on a Message from info@radionic-international.com. Note that it may be in the spam folder.

Step 2: Click on More Options in the upper right corner of the message.

Step 3: Click on Add Sender to Contacts List at the top of the email.

Step 4: A confirmation message will appear at the top of the email.

Outlook 2003 (o superior)
Due to the large number of email platforms that work with Outlook, it is difficult to tell you how to receive emails in your Outlook mailbox. However, we can tell you how to see all the emails you receive in the way they were designed to be viewed, that is, with images. If a company is not among your contacts or in the list of Safe Senders, the images sent within the email will not be shown.
Step 1: Mark a message from info@radionic-international.com.
Step 2: On the Actions tab, select the Junk E-Mail option, and then select the Add Sender to Safe Senders List option.

Step 3: Click on OK in the pop-up window.

Apple Mail
Emails sent to your Apple Mail mailbox can be received in two ways. The first option requires that you add Radionic International to the Mac OS X Address Book as follows:
- In the Mac OS X Mail menu bar select Select Mail | Preferences (Select Mail | Preferences).
- Go to Junk Mail.
- Select Sender of message is in my Address Book in The following types of messages are exempt from junk mail filtering: (The following messages are exempt from the spam filter).
- Also Sender of message is in my Previous Recipients.
- Close the preferences tab.
- Then add info@radionic-international.com to your Mac OS X Address Book.

You also have the option to simply add (info@radionic-international.com) to your Mac OS X Address Book from an existing message:
- Open a mail frm info@radionic-international.com
- Press Command-Shift-Y.
- On the mail press Command-Y.
- This adds the sender’s email address along with your name, if one appears in the From line, to the address book without asking any questions.
- Scroll up to the message header.
- In the field where your name appears, click on the Berry button and then Show Show.
- Select and copy info@radionic-international.com on the clipboard.
- Enter Address Book and look for the sender.
- Select Save.
- Click to edit it and then click on the Berry button to add another email address.
- Click on it and click Save.
- Click on the Address Book button.
- Be sure to check the Personal Address Book.
- Click on the New Card button. This will open the New Card window with 3 pentanes: Contact, Address and Other (Contact, Address and Others).
- In the Contact tab, copy and paste the address “From” (From), info@radionic-international.com in the email dialog box.
- Click on OK.
- Start Norton AntiSpam.
- Click on the Status & Settings tab.
- Click on AntiSpam
- Click on Configure.
- Click on the Allowed List tab.
- Click on the Add button.
- In the box “Email Address” (ingresainfo@radionic-international.com).
- Click on OK.
Trend Micro
If you received an email that was sent in error to the Spam Mail folder next to the Anti-Spam Toolbar, you can prevent it from happening again.
- Add the sender to the Approved Senders list (Approved Senders)
- Decrease the Email Filter Intensity for Unwanted Mail
Note: You can also select the email and click on Not Spam to inform Trend Micro. However, this function serves only as a reference when we develop our spam database and may have no effect on how the toolbar detects it.
Add the sender to the Approved Senders list (Approved Senders)Open Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.
- Click on the Spam Mail folder and select the desired email detected as spam.
- Click Approve Sender in the toolbar.
- Click Yes when the confirmation message appears.
Decrease the Email Filter Intensity for Unwanted Mail
- Open Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.
- Click on Trend Micro Anti-Spam and then on Settings.
- In the Spam Filter tab, move the scroll bar to select a lower intensity of the filter.
- Click OK to save the configuration.
- Select Friends in the McAfee SpamKiller sidebar.
- Click Add a Friend.
- Make sure to select All Users in Friend.
- Enter the name of the domain you want to include in the whitelist in Address.
- To include all our newsletters on the whitelist, write info@radionic-international.com.
- You can enter Radionic International in Name to help recognize the domain.
- Click on OK.
- Click on OK.
Barracuda Networks
The Barracuda Spam Firewall is a popular spam filter solution. Barracuda employs several algorithms and processes to determine if an email is spam. Occasionally, you will mark a desired message as spam. There are two methods to include senders in the whitelist and the firewall does not quarantine future emails.
Include in the White List the Senders in Quarantine
- Open your email client Barracuda sends you a summary every day with the items in quarantine. Select the latest Barracuda email.
- Look for the Radionic International email and the address info@radionic-international.com that you do not want to be quarantined in the future. Click on the word “Whitelist” that appears in green to the right of the subject of the email. This will open your list in a web browser.
- Click on the box to the left of the email you want to include in the whitelist. At the top of the page, click on White List. Barracuda will not block or quarantine the sender whose address appears in the whitelist.
Includes Senders and Domains in the White List
- Open your web browser Browse the home page of your company’s Barracuda firewall.
- Click on the “Block / Accept” tab.
- Select “Sender Domain Block / Accept” (Block / Accept Sender Domain). Enter info@radionic-international.com on the whitelist. For example, you can enter aol.com to allow all AOL addresses. You can enter a comment to remember why you approved this domain. Click on “Add”.
- Click on the “Email Sender Block / Accept” tab. Enter the address “info@radionic-international.com“. Include a comment Click on “Add”. In the future, Barracuda will not block any email from this sender.
Cloudmark SpamNet
- Select Cloudmark | Options (Cloudmark | Options) in the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar in Outlook.
- Click on Advanced (Advanced Options).
- Select the Whitelist tab.
- Click on the Add button.
- Write: info@radionic-international.com
- Click on OK.
- Click on OK.
- Click Yes.
- Click on OK.
- Click on the Addresses tab.
- Click on New.
- Write: info@radionic-international.com
- Make sure to select ‘Accept Mail From This Address’ in Receiving Options.
- Uncheck ‘Display in People Picker’ in Other Options.
- Click Submit.
- Click on OK.
- Click on Friends in the toolbar.
- Click on Add.
- Write: info@radionic-international.com
- Click on OK.
- Click on Tools, then on Blacklist and Friends.
- Click Add on the right, in the Friends list.
- Make sure to select the full email address.
- Write: info@radionic-international.com
- Click on OK.
- Check the ‘Probably Spam‘ folde.
- “If you leaked info@radionic-international.com, select it.”
- Click on the ‘Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam‘ button.
- Add the following entry to your user_prefs file, which is located in the .spamassassin subdirectory of the web / mail server: whitelist_from info@radionic-international.com
- Save the user_prefs file or move the updated copy to the .spamassassin subdirectory.
SPAMfighter
Mark the Radionic International email to add info@radionic-international.com to the White List.
- To do so, take the following steps:
- Click on “More” in the SPAMfighter toolbar.
- Then in “Options”.
- Then in “Filter settings”.
- Then in “Blacklists & Whitelists” (Black Lists and White Lists).
- Then in “Whitelist email address” (Add Addresses to White List).
- Then in “Import” (Import).
- Select your ‘Address Book’ and click on “Check all”
- Mark All).
- Click on “Add”.
- Click on “Apply”.
- Click on “More” in the SPAMfighter toolbar.
- Then in “Options”.
- Then in “Filter settings”.
- Then in “Blacklists & Whitelists”.
- Open ChoiceMail
- Click on the Senders tab.
- Select “Approve another Sender”.
- Enter the address info@radionic-international.com
- Click on OK.
- Click on the Configure button.
- Select the Known Senders tab.
- Click Add under ‘Known Good Senders and Recipients’ (Trusted and Known Senders and Recipients).
- Write: info@radionic-international.com
- Click on OK.
- Click on OK.
- Click on Filters in the sidebar.
- Click on the Approved Senders tab.
- Click on Add Filter.
- Write: info@radionic-international.com under Address.
- Select ‘Full Email Address’ under Address Type.
- Select Email Domain.
- Click on OK.
- Select Spam Inspector
- Then ‘Manage Friends List’ in the Spam Inspector toolbar or in the Outlook menu.
- Make sure the email is selected as ‘Add a New Friend’.
- Write: info@radionic-international.com
- Click on the >> button.
- Click on Close.
- Follow the secure link under> Authentication Lists.
- Enter the address info@radionic-international.com
- Click on Add.
- Click on the SpamPal system tray icon with the right mouse button.
- Click on ‘Add to Whitelist’ in the menu.
- Write: info@radionic-international.com
- Click on Add.
- Select File, then Configure.
- Select the Friends category.
- Make sure to check Active (Active).
- Write: info@radionic-international.com on a line in the field to complete.
- Click on OK.
Other Unwanted Mail Filters Not Mentioned Previously …

If Radionic International is leaked, try adding info@radionic-international.com to the Address Book or the Contact List.
If the messages continue to be sent to the spam folder, contact your Internet Service Provider or the spam filter application help service and ask how to add info@radionic-international.com to the White list.
